Roti Frankie

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes

Serves: 3-4

How to make:

1. Mix 2 cups of Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta with ½ tbsp of salt, ½ cup water, and 2 tbsp oil. Knead it into a soft and smooth dough.

2. Make medium-sized dough balls and roll them with a rolling pin.

3. Place a tawa on a burner with medium flame and then place the rolled-out dough onto it. Flip it and cook the other side as well.

4. Make thin paste of 1 tbsp. chilli powder, 1 tbsp. garlic paste, 1 tbsp. corn starch, and 1 tbsp. water. Add paneer pieces (medium sized cubes).

5. Pour 4 tbsp. oil into a pan and cook the above Paneer mixture for 1 minute on medium flame.

6. In the same pan, add some oil and to it add onions and cook it till it becomes golden brown. Add bell peppers, white vinegar, soy sauce, schezwan sauce, salt and pepper. Once it is cooked properly, add the paneer mixture.

7. Place the roti on a parchment paper placed over a plate and fill the stuffing in the center.

Paneer Paratha

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes Serves: 9

How to make:

1. Take a bowl, add 2 cups of Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta, add salt as per taste. Add little water and form the dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

2. Take a bowl and add grated paneer (if it’s in block form), grated boiled potatoes, add green chillies (finely chopped), 1 teaspoon (grated ginger), 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon jeera powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon amchur powder, salt as per taste – mix them well.

3. Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll them to the size of a roti. Fill the stuff in the center (1½ to 2 spoons) depending upon the size of the roti. Cover the stuffing from all sides in a circle form.

4. Place the tawa on a medium flame, place the paratha and cook it lightly and flip it. Once the second side is cooked properly and before flipping it again, add some ghee/oil and cook it well.

Whole Wheat Pancakes

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4

Method:

1. Add Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and the salt in a bowl.

2. Warm the milk in a pan till it gets lukewarm.

3. Whisk the milk, butter, eggs, and the vanilla together to form a smooth consistency.

4. Pour the mixture into the previous mixture and stir until it gets mixed. Ensure only small clumps of flour remain.

5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame. Brush some melted butter. Pour some of the batter(for 1 pancake) and gently spread into a 4-inch circle.

6. Once the edges look dry and bubbles pop up, flip over the pancake.

7. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked in the middle.

8. Serve warm and fresh with your desirable toppings.
